Who we are
Crystal Service was born from the fusion of the heterogeneous professional experiences, including managerial ones, of Hotels and companies of national importance, of its creators, in the sectors of Global Hotel Service and Green Care and Protection, with the aim of offering a wide range of operational services for both Corporate, public and private, and Retail customers, in firm belief that the quality that satisfies every need is achieved only with continuous and many years of daily experience always managed in a healthy and prudent way.
Mission
The The company operates both on its own and through trust companies (cooperatives but not only), with a now consolidated method of evaluating the quality of the services provided (so-called performances) in favor of the Partners (as we prefer to call our Clients), built, to summarize to the extreme, on the following pillars:
The use only of carefully trust companies selected and tested through specific "Beauty Contests" to safeguard the standards of efficiency and quality, and with the inclusion in the contracts with the chosen ones of clauses aimed at reducing to the maximum (since it is not possible to completely exclude it in nature) the risk of "anomalies ” in the execution phase of the services in favor of the Partner;

The activity of a Supervisor assigned by Crystal Service to each Partner responsible for guaranteeing (through constant supervision and coordination) the real correspondence of the services provided by the fiduciaries, from a qualitative point of view as well as and quantitative, to those contracted, so as to be able to understand whether the fiduciary is confirming the expected level of service (the data is then inserted into the Crystal Service information system and processed using special software which, through algorithms, allows for the attribution of a score and therefore a judgment to the trustee with the activation of any contractual countermeasures against the latter if the evaluation is below expectations), to protect the Partner and Crystal Service
